Starting with our Proceedings 18, 1994, all texts will be available in WWW readable form (i.e., HTML including graphics). From this Proceedings on, we have largely solved the problems with the Symbol (Greek) and Phonetic (IPA) fonts. Version 3.0 of RTFtoHTML solves many problems with the lay-out. A description of how we publish our papers on the WWW is available.
